Phase 1 South

Clearview Ranch is a master-planned community in Royse City, Texas, developed in two halves — a South half developed by S2, and a North half sold to Qualico Developments (U.S.) Inc. as fully entitled lots and built out by them.

On the S2 side, Phase 1 South is complete and Phase 2 South has finished construction and is available now. On the Qualico side, Phase 1 North is complete and built out, with Phase 2 North in planning. The commute to downtown Dallas, Plano, and Frisco is about 50 minutes.
